Nichelle Singleton Williams
Director, Learning & Development - Global Finance, The Coca-Cola Company
Nichelle Singleton Williams is the Director of Global Finance Learning & Development at The Coca-Cola Company. During her 22 years at Coca-Cola she has had numerous roles in the area of financial management and analysis in partnership with Brand, Channel and Customer Marketing.
In her current role her primary focus is the design, development and implementation of Finance learning and development solutions that include the Finance Career Journey, Finance Development Forums, Finance Competencies, Finance Training Curriculum and a host of other initiatives and programs. In addition, Nichelle participates as a career coach for participants in the Women in Leadership and Multicultural EDGE programs.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Nichelle was an auditor and management consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP. Nichelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hampton University and she has two sons, Sterling (8) and Lincoln (7).
