Osas is a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Director within the Cybersecurity and Privacy practice based out of Atlanta, Georgia. He is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and has over nine years experience serving clients in the banking/capital markets, technology, retail and healthcare industries, where he assists them in designing, evaluating, and reporting internal control compliance where they are serving as vendors and third party processors.
Over the last five years, Osas has been dedicated to assisting clients in Third Party Risk program assessments. Additionally, his focus has also been on designing, implementing and enhancing monitoring practices to align organizations with regulatory guidance. Osas recently helped a major Fortune 500 financial service company assess/optimize their TPRM program. Osas has also successfully developed vendor due diligence assessments for multiple projects and assisted a large healthcare organization build, design, and operate their TPRM program.
