| Jeff is a Partner in the New York Financial Services Risk Assurance practice with over 20 years of experience working with clients to address a wide range of internal control, technology and operational risk related solutions. Jeff spends a majority of his time delivering services within PwC’s Trust and Transparency Solutions practice focused on delivering assurance to market participants in the form of SOC1, SOC2, AUP and other third party reporting practices. Jeff leads PwC’s Assurance practice in addressing market needs to address Vendor Risk Management, was a member of the AICPA task force responsible for creating the first standard for providing assurance on Cybersecurity Risk Management, is currently a member of the AICPA task force for developing an approach to Supply Chain assurance, and was a member of the SIFMA third party working group focused on creating a market approach to meeting the needs of Third Party Risk Management. Jeff has lead the delivery of third party assurance solutions and integrated audit solutions for a number of transaction and trade processing, asset servicing and asset management clients covering operations in areas such as card processing, merchant acquiring, loan servicing, prime brokerage, trade processing, securities clearing and settlement, investment advisory, trust and custody and pricing services. Jeff also delivered the firm’s first SOC2 report over a marketplace lender. Jeff is a CISA and a CPA in NY, Puerto Rico and MO and is a member of the AICPA and the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
