Mark has over 20 years of domestic and international public accounting and professional services experience delivering assurance engagements, internal audit services, and consulting services. Mark possesses an extensive knowledge of systems, processes and controls, and continues to assist clients with risk management, regulatory compliance and internal controls. Over the past 20 years, Mark has served many of the largest clients in the Boston and Philadelphia metro markets on various types of third party reporting services such as SOC1, SOC2, customized AT101 reporting and agreed-upon-procedures engagements, along with the delivery of consulting services.
Mark is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in MA and PA, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), as well as being a Chartered Accountant (CA) in the United Kingdom.
