Andrea Yandreski CPA

Andrea Yandreski is a Partner with McKinsey’s RTS group in Toronto, Canada. Her practice focuses on achieving rapid, dramatic performance improvement through comprehensive transformation programs with companies seeking to go from good to great. She has considerable experience working alongside C-suite executives in interim leadership roles to achieve financial and operational excellence.

Ms. Yandreski is active in women’s leadership development at McKinsey, with her clients and in the turnaround profession. She is a leader of McKinsey’s Women’s Initiative in North America and collaborated on a recent publication, The Power of Parity: Advancing Women’s Equality in Canada. This report sizes the economic potential of greater gender equality, maps existing gender gaps at the national, provincial, territorial, and city levels, and analyzes results from a new workplace survey of Canadian companies. It is one of the most comprehensive reports of its kind published to date.

She is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant), Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional, and Licensed Insolvency Trustee. She serves on the Board of Directors for several professional and not-for-profit organizations and is a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events.
