Steve Menaker RSM, LLP

Steve is the National Industrial Products Industry Leader at RSM US LLP. RSM is the leading firm serving the middle market with audit, tax and consulting services. In this role, he works closely with industry and trade organizations on issues impacting the industry, provides thought leadership on critical issues, and manages the team's growth and marketing activities. The team's specialties include: Manufacturing, Automotive and Energy.

He currently serves as an Audit Partner on numerous engagements centered on entrepreneurial and private equity owned companies, with a focus on manufacturers and distributors. He works with his clients to identify key issues to create value for their owners. In addition, he has experience with buy-side due diligence projects for private equity groups and strategic buyers and has worked on significant fraud and litigation support engagements. 

Steve has more than 35 years of public accounting experience, with the past 12 years at RSM US LLP. He has worked in Charlotte, NC and travels to conferences addressing manufacturing issues. He currently serves on the Board of the National Association of Manufacturers.
