Glen's extensive financial management background includes more than 28 years of experience in both public accounting and private industry by helping emerging growth and established companies enhance revenue, mitigate risk, improve sales and marketing effectiveness, and implementing cost reduction and supply chain strategies. Glen has served as an auditor in public accounting for 5 years where a majority of his clients were in the finance, technology, software, oil and gas, and not-for-profit sectors.

Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Controller, Glen has led the financial management function for AccuWeather for the last seven years as it continues to realize tremendous growth and expansion as a global leader in digital media and accurate weather forecasting. His experience at AccuWeather includes opening six international offices, implementing a full global ERP system (Dynamics AX/365), optimizing all technology (to also include budgeting, sales and use taxes, expense management), installing an FP&A function, reorganizing the corporate tax structure, installing a US and international tax management program, overhauling the corporate budgeting function for 16 operating entities, and re-architecting the chart of accounts and the financial reporting structure. He was named Manager of the Year in 2015.

Prior to AccuWeather, Glen ran the Maryland Region for ParenteBeard (now Baker Tilly), a regional accounting firm at the time located in Pennsylvania. Glen organically grew the Maryland market by approximately 40%. Prior to ParentBeard, Glen launched the first ever financial consulting practice for Hudson Highland Group in the Mid-Atlantic. Over the three years with Hudson, the practice grew from scratch to over $3M in annual revenues despite the 2007/8 economic crisis, allowing Mr. Parrillo to be named the companies most valuable player in 2009.

Glen has been helping and advising Let's Go Boys and Girls since 2010 on its financial management and reporting, including providing the architecture for the accounting system and its monthly and annual financial reporting package. He regularly participates in Board meetings and advises on financial management issues when needed.

A former long-time resident of Annapolis, MD, Mr. Parrillo currently resides in State College, PA with his wife and three kids. Mr. Parrillo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The George Washington University.
