Joel serves as the National Tax Lead for the firm’s Technology Industry Practice (TIP), the Tax Lead of our Blockchain Technology Service Group and the Industry Tax Leader for our Infotech Sector. He is also an experienced State and Local Tax professional with emphasis on indirect taxes.

Joel has over 20 years’ experience in public accounting and has provided companies advice on their cryptocurrency investments, as well as, their Blockchain Technology strategy for the past five years. He has authored multiple articles, given numerous presentations and is often contacted for interviews on Cryptocurrency/Blockchain Technology matters.

Joel has extensive experience in the technology and telecom industries. Joel has worked with a range of companies from startups to mature corporations in assisting them in developing both their cloud computing and cryptocurrency strategies.
