Ben Milius CPA

Ben Milius, CPA is a Senior Manager in the assurance services department of Plante Moran’s Denver, CO office. With over 10 years of experience in public accounting, he provides accounting and business consulting to owner-managed and private equity-owned companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and professional service industries. He has worked extensively in matters involving technical and complex financial reporting standards, mergers and acquisitions, and complex debt and equity capital financing arrangements. Mr. Milius has written and published topics relating to accounting and finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPAs. He earned his B.A. from Purdue University in 2008 and is expected to earn his M.B.A from the University of Colorado-Denver in 2018.
