John F. Lipka is a former Supervisory Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). After leaving the FBI he accepted a position with Encana Oil & Natural Gas (USA) Inc as the Director of USA Security, then as The Director of Internal Audit, Improvement of Operational Efficiencies at Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. Currently, he is the Senior Partner at EnergySec LLC specializing in Oil & Natural Gas Risk Management to include the conduct of: forensic audits; internal investigations; and vendor/contractor management.
