A. Louis Teuscher Vice President and Chief Tax Officer, at The Williams Companies, Inc. and Williams Partners L.P. Mr. Teuscher joined Williams in March 2017. From 2009 to 2017, Louis was Vice President Tax for Talisman Energy Inc., a global oil and gas company; and since 2006, he was Global Tax Director with Kraton Polymers Holdings (Houston). Prior to 2006, Mr. Teuscher held several senior tax positions with Schlumberger in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Louis holds a U.S. Master’s in Taxation from the University of Tulsa, as well as a European Master’s in Taxation. He is a graduate of the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Teuscher is the Chairman of the INGAA Tax Committee and serves on the board of the Master Limited Partnership Association (MLPA).
