Sarah Lindsey CPA

Sarah is a Director in PwC's Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services practice in Atlanta. She helps companies executing complex transactions with the goal of successfully integrating the client’s objectives with financial reporting requirements. She is the lead Director on the CMAAS National Team for the new Lease standard and is the Healthcare services Sector Champion. Sarah’s specialties are leasing, consolidation, discontinued operations, business combinations, revenue recognition, financial/ SEC reporting, and structuring. Sarah has also served as an advisor to companies executing divestitures, carve-out financial statement preparation, IPO readiness engagements, offerings under Rule 144A, all stages of the buy- and sell-side M&A process and other capital markets transactions. From an industry perspective, Sarah focuses on companies in the real estate, utilities, health care, pharmaceuitical, technology and manufacturing industries. Sarah has been with PwC for 12 years, beginning her career with PwC in the New York Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services practice where she worked primarily in the healthcare and manufacturing industry. Sarah graduated from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in 2007 with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting. Sarah is a licensed CPA in Georgia and New York and is a member of the AICPA.
