Alan Hodgson, a senior manager in DHG’s Valuation Services Group, has over ten years of experience in valuing domestic and international businesses, equity interests, intangible assets associated with a purchase price allocation (ASC 805), goodwill impairment tests (ASC 350) and financial instruments. Alan focuses on engagements in the financial services industry and specializes in the valuation of loan portfolios, core deposit intangible assets, fixed maturity deposits, various derivative instruments, interest rate swaps and debt instruments and accounting for acquired loans under ASC 310-30 and ASC 310-20. In addition, Alan performs model validations and model risk management services for financial institutions.
