Chris Hargrove

Chris Hargrove - Chairman and CEO at ProBank Austin and is also the director of the Investment Banking Division. Chris is the President of Investment Bank Services, Inc., which is ProBank Austin's broker/dealer subsidiary. His primary responsibility is in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, and financial planning for clients. He has represented over 400 institutions as their investment banker and advisor since 1985 and is a frequent speaker on seminars regarding mergers, acquisitions, and capital planning. Chris has a M.A. and B.B.A. degree in Finance. Chris has been a member of the faculty at Louisiana State University's Graduate School of Banking for more than twenty-five years.
