Cara Griffith

As the president and CEO of Tax Analysts, Cara Griffith is responsible for running all facets of the business. Tax Analysts is a nonprofit publisher of tax news and magazines, and publishes the Tax Notes family of products, including Tax Notes Today, State Tax Today, and Worldwide Tax Daily. Prior to assuming this role, Cara oversaw the editorial department at Tax Analysts, and began her career as a writer covering judicial and legislative developments in state and local taxation. Cara has written for a broad range of tax policy publications, including State Tax Notes, The Tax Adviser, The Hedge Fund Law Report, and The Hill, and speaks frequently tax conferences. Cara graduated cum laude from the University of Evansville with a BA in political science, a BA in international studies. She also holds a JD from the George Washington University Law School.
