Todd Ringwood MBA

Todd Ringwood is a Regional Managing Director and the West Region Health and Benefits Practice Leader. His primary responsibilities include serving as the overall business leader for the West portfolio of Health and Benefits staff, clients, and operations. Todd is also a member of Aon’s US Health and Benefits Executive Committee, helping to lead and drive consulting innovation and colleague excellence.

Todd has over 25 years of experience in assisting national, regional, and local clients to design, administer, fund and communicate employee benefit plans. Since joining Aon in 1990, he has testified on numerous occasions before the Washington State legislature regarding health care and public policy issues. Todd is an engaging and frequent speaker at client, industry and Aon events throughout the country.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, and an MBA from City University in Seattle, Washington. He had also completed a post graduate program through the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.
