Allen Phibbs is an independent Certified John Maxwell Team speaker, trainer and coach. His focus is on leadership development and personal growth for individuals and organizations. Prior to his Maxwell Certification, Phibbs was Sr. Director of 20 Group and Academy for National Automobile Dealers Association. He has over 10 years of experience in formal classroom education (NADA/ATD Academy, 2004 Graduate) and workshops for conventions, dealers, manufacturers and working exclusively with commercial dealerships and manufacturers. He was also Professional Advisor with KEA Advisors where his work encompassed all facets of dealership operations and business planning. Allen is a licensed CPA in Virginia, having practiced Public Accounting with both regional and national CPA firms and held positions as Controller, CFO and Director of Finance.
