Mr. Ingram was born on June 8, 1965. He received his B.S. degree in applied mathematics and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1987. After working for Southern Natural Gas, he received his J.D. degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1992. While at the Cumberland School of Law he served as an editor of the Cumberland Law Review. Mr. Ingram is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee and is a member in good standing of the 5th, 6th and 11th United States Circuit Courts of Appeal, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama. Mr. Ingram has made presentations to the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, the Automobile Dealers Association of Alabama, the Alabama Independent Automobile Dealers Association and the National Association of Dealer Counsel. He has also served as a Board Member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel. He has also had articles published in the Cumberland Law Review, the Tennessee Bar Journal and the Defender. Mr. Ingram frequently handles cases involving claims of consumer fraud, breach of warranty, negligence, products liability, dealer/manufacturer disputes, slander, statutory violations, employment harassment and discrimination. He also assists clients with all manners of corporate planning, compliance policies, anti-harassment/discrimination training and buy/sale transactions. Mr. Ingram has attained an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Ingram is a shareholder in the firm of Galese & Ingram, P.C.
