Tim is a partner with the national labor and employment law firm of Fisher Phillips. He works out of Fisher Phillips' New Orleans and Boston offices. He has represented employers exclusively for more than 25 years. His practice involves representing dealerships ranging from single points to publicly-traded national dealer groups in developing effective handbooks, policies and procedures and pay plans; advising on HR issues regarding pay, medical leave, discrimination/harassment, and terminations; handling EEOC and state administrative discrimination proceedings; and handling lawsuits, including jury trials;and representing dealers in union organizing campaigns.
