I started in Public accounting in 1995, at a firm with an automobile dealership specialty. I worked with many different dealerships across the county. In 2002, I entered the private sector as the Corporate controller of a real estate developer. Then in 2007 I became the accounting office manager over 2 dealerships at the Tom Wood Automotive group based in Indianapolis. In 2013 I was promoted to corporate controller of that group. In 2016 I got the opportunity to become the corporate controller of the Andy Mohr Automotive Group. We have 12 dealerships, including one Volvo heavy truck dealership. Andy Mohr Automotive is a fast paced environment, selling over 28,000 units annually. I supervise 6 regional controllers and consolidate the financial statements for all the dealerships and the many ancillary companies owned by the dealer, including all the real estate LLCs, an insurance agency, finance company and leasing company.
