Steve Wojcicki CPA

Steve provides assurance services and compliance accounting for retail automotive dealerships, including a few publicly traded companies. Services provided include performance of audit functions, reviews and compilations of financial statements, agreed-upon procedures, and other consulting and tax related services. He has managed teams for engagements ranging from several million dollars of revenue to over a billion dollars of revenue. Professional and Industry Experience: Steve has spent several months providing audit services to other Crowe International affiliates, including work in the automotive industry in Australia, and not-for-profit and pension audits in England. Steve also provides some financial due diligence assistance in conjunction with the Financial Advisory Services practice for clients involved in merger and acquisition transactions within the automotive industry. He participated in the Firm’s transaction services training along with all other transaction services professionals.
