Prior to coming to Moss Adams, he served as a partner of international public accounting firm. The services he provides to clients include corporate governance matters, public/private financial statement audits, SEC filings and registration statements, internal control evaluations, derivatives/hedging, sale and securitization accounting, mortgage banking activities and merger and acquisition consulting.
