When Jeff Yabuki took the helm of Fiserv as its President and Chief Executive Officer in 2005, he set a future vision for the company that has manifested in a new chapter of innovation and growth. In 2018, Fiserv was recognized among FORTUNE® magazine's World's Most Admired Companies for a fifth consecutive year, and in 2015 was named to Forbes magazine's America's Best Employers. Jeff will tell you that this distinction – along with many other accolades – is a result of the 24,000 people of Fiserv who are committed to innovating with purpose, sharing expertise gained from being a fintech leader for more than 30 years and helping clients worldwide achieve best-in-class results.
A recognized thought leader, Jeff speaks frequently on innovation and the evolution of financial institutions as technology companies uniquely poised to shape the intelligent digital experiences their customers expect for a world that’s moving fast. Under his leadership, Fiserv is delivering integrated financial services technology solutions that span payments, processing services, risk and compliance, customer and channel management, and insights and optimization. This focus is enabling more than 12,000 Fiserv clients worldwide to deliver financial services experiences that are in step with the way people live and work today.
Before joining Fiserv, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer at H&R Block and prior to that he was President and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Tax and Business Services. He’s an expert in money movement (just ask his kids) and, in keeping with his commitment to fostering innovative points of view, is an avid supporter of the arts.
