Carolyn (Morey) Ward JD, LLM (Taxation)

Morey Ward is with the Washington, DC office of Ropes & Gray LLP, in its tax and benefits group.  She focuses her practice on advising tax-exempt organization on a variety of matters, including tax planning, governance, unrelated business income tax issues, endowments, charitable giving, and audits.  Morey currently serves as Chair of the Committee on Exempt Organizations of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation.
