Daniel Morrill CPA

Dan is a Member of the Firm and responsible for Wolf’s Professional Practice group. As a part of our Professional Practice group, Dan conducts training on technical issues, performs quality control reviews, leads our Audit and Accounting Committee, participates in learning and development initiatives and conducts technical research for the Firm. His expertise includes working with clients to resolve audit and accounting issues with respect to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and the Securities and Exchange Commission Regulations. He also is dedicated to the training of Wolf professionals as new technical issues arise, enabling our professionals and clients to be up-to-date on the most recent issues.

He is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years of experience providing audit and other assurance services to community financial institutions, including SEC registrants, not for profit entities and pension plans. Dan has recently been appointed to the Center for Audit Quality Smaller Firm Task Force, a forum that discusses technical and regulatory issues and best practices involving smaller audit firms.
