Niraj Chatwal

At CrossCountry Consulting, Niraj brings over 19 years of financial services experience, leading global, complex and large-scale process improvement and regulatory programs. He has deep understanding of Data & Analytics and Intelligent Automation within Banking / Capital Markets and Asset Management, coupled with proven change delivery experience across the front-to-back operating model. Niraj began his career in Charlotte, NC at First Union/Wachovia as a process improvement project manager focusing on Six Sigma driven initiatives. He then joined EY’s Business Advisory practice in New York where he led various performance improvement projects at global financial services clients.

Niraj then transitioned into the financial services industry as a project manager with Morgan Stanley’s Global Projects Group where he focused on regulatory and efficiency projects. Most recently, he was a director with Barclays’ IB Strategic & Regulatory Change organization specializing in cross border risk with accountability to senior business stakeholders and various regulators. Niraj received a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
