Nav Makol CFA, FRM

Nav is a Partner in our New York office leading risk advisory services in the Banking Capital Markets area covering data analytics, robotics, process reengineering and Risk Management services. He brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry serving banking and capital markets clients. Prior to CrossCountry, Nav was a Vice President at EXLService Holdings, Inc., where he spent 9 years leading the Global Banking Capital Markets practice. He was instrumental in growing the BCM practice across the Consulting, Decision Analytics and Operations Management business at EXL. Prior to that, Nav spent 9 years with Ernst & Young within their Risk Advisory services, where his primary focus was on Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Risk Convergence. He has also worked at HDFC Bank, where his responsibilities included managing funds, FX dealings, call money transactions, and security deals.

Nav is a CFA Charterholder and holds the FRM (Financial Risk Manager) designation. He has a degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and holds an MBA from Arizona’ State’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
