Gloria has a B.A and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She has been a technical reviewer since around 1990 and currently serves as a technical reviewer for multiple states. She is currently serving on the AICPA Technical Reviewer Advisory Task Force (TRATF) and is the TRATF representative for the Education and Communications Task Force of the AICPA Peer Review Board.
