Kim has spent nearly all of her 25+ year career focused on the human side of business, enabling leaders and their organizations to do more, do better, and to thrive through change. As the Senior People & Process Practice Lead for NTT DATA's Business Consulting group, Kim leads her team in bringing the people perspective to complex business and IT challenges, ensuring that our most valuable resources are ready, willing, and able to succeed.
Kim is a founder of Women Inspire NTT DATA, NTT DATA's first employee resource group. She leads the Charlotte Chapter and also serves as the Chair of the firm-wide Steering Committee. She is also a published author and sought-after industry speaker on the topic of human and organizational impacts of automation and other advanced technologies.
Kim received her BBA in International Business and her MBA from the University of Georgia and her MS in Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte. She is a guest lecturer at both of her alma maters. Kim also holds the Prosci Change Practitioner, the Certified Change Management Professional, the Actualized Leader Profile, and NTT DATA's internal Agile and Scrum certifications. She received her graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte in 2019.
