David Pardes CPA

David is a tax partner based in San Francisco and is part of PwC's Private Company Services practice. David is responsible for tax consulting and compliance services to numerous companies in the agribusiness industry, which includes businesses with operations in connection with vineyards, wineries, cattle, trees, and row crops. David has experience working with private equity backed and family owned businesses, which has enabled him to build an understanding of the priorities and tax planning strategies required for private companies. David has experience working with high net-worth individuals, which has enabled him to advise on the implications of shareholder investments and the transfer of wealth to future generations. David has been a guest speaker at UC Davis Extension and various CalCPA events teaching courses in areas that include inventory cost accounting, corporate tax planning, income tax provisions, and individual tax planning. David has obtained his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Boston University, an MS in Taxation from Golden Gate University and prior to working at PwC, worked for several years within the finance department of a large multi-national corporation. David is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
