Barbara Mackintosh

Executive Director, TalentQuest

Barbara is an Organizational Development Consultant with over a fifteen years of consulting experience in the areas of learning and development, talent management, compensation/rewards and organizational effectiveness. With clients across a broad array of industries in the private, public, government and non-profit sectors, she works collaboratively with clients to design cutting edge and customized human capital solutions in the areas of organizational learning and leadership development, strategic rewards and compensation design, performance and goals management, selection, job and organization design, career ladder progression, mentor programs and succession planning. 

As a leader within TalentQuest, Barbara is responsible for ensuring the quality of content and programming for the major Learning and Development initiatives within the organization and is a skilled facilitator delivering on a variety of leadership, management and interpersonal effectiveness topic areas.

Barbara graduated with honors from the University of Georgia, Phi Beta Kappa, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and obtained her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. 

She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), World at Work, has served on the Board of the Atlanta Area Compensation Association (AACA). In addition to her leadership role at TQ and consulting engagements, she serves as a speaker for a variety of groups and associations on talent management optimization. She is a Certified Compensation Professional and a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
