Ken Evans

Ken has worked as both a consultant and operational strategist since 2004. He currently oversees operations for the firm’s consulting practice and works alongside practice leadership to develop and implement long-term strategies for growth, vision, and culture. In this role, Ken focuses on aligning the consulting practice’s operational strategies in the areas of technology, systems, people, and finance with those overarching goals. He also focuses on the people aspect of the business, such as recruiting, career development, mentoring, and culture. Prior to his current role, Ken spent eight years working in Moss Adams Wealth Advisors, a division of Moss Adams LLP, where he served as chief of operations. His experience also includes several years as a management consultant and researcher focusing on business management and transition issues faced by financial advisory firms, investment managers, broker dealers, banks, and CPA firms. Ken is active in the accounting industry and speaks at various tradeshows, college events, and leadership conferences.
