I lead the Client Accounting Services practice at MGO LLP, one of the fastest growing professional services firms in the nation. My team and I provide a diverse array of outsourced accounting services to start-up companies as well as established businesses. As the Partner in Charge of Client Accounting Services, I oversee a group of extremely talented accountants and consultants who provide both outsourced accounting and cloud technology support to small to mid-size companies. We work with a variety of industries, including nonprofit organizations, real estate, technology, retail, manufacturing and start-ups.
The outsourced services we provide are customized for each client and includes the following integration solutions. •Start-up services – We help clients to setup preferred banking, legal, payroll, insurance, benefits, and HR relationships •Cloud Technology solutions – We help setup accounting solutions with integration to payroll, CRM and other platforms allowing our clients to view their financial information in real-time, from simple to complex •Automated Transaction processing ― We help clients simplify their back-office operations in the areas of purchasing, sales and employee expense reports – i.e., procure to pay and order to cash •Financial reporting ―Custom dashboards track KPI information, and flexible financial and operational reports allowing our clients to make strategic business decisions in real-time. •Month-end close ― Clients are able to close their financial reports on time, confirm balance sheets are reconciled, required month-end entries are posted and all other back-office tasks are completed accurately •Financial planning and analysis ― We help clients with budgeting and forecasting, oversight of internal controls and more Giving back to the community is important to me.
I am actively involved in the Sage Intacct Advisory Board, Sage Council Board Member, Provisors and Treasurer of Las Trampas organizations.
