Cindy Dwyer is the President of MHM Retirement Plan Solutions LLC with over 30 years of experience in her field. She is also a licensed CPA who practices public accounting through Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. an independently owned and operated CPA Firm. MHM Retirement Plan Solutions is a Third Party Administration Firm for qualified retirement plans, including ESOPs. Services provided include plan design and consulting, participant recordkeeping, asset reconciliation, non discrimination testing, preparation of Form 5500 and assisting Plan Sponsors navigate the various IRS and DOL plan correction programs that are available. Currently Cindy is a committee member of the Employee Benefits Institute; a nonprofit educational program sponsored by the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and previously served as the Chair of the committee. She is a current member and a Past Chair of the AICPA Technical Resource Panel for Employee Benefits and has also served on numerous AICPA special task force committees. Cindy has been a recurring speaker at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants National Conference on Employee Benefit Plans.
