Jeff Ward CPA, CGMA, CITP

Jeff has overy 30 years of auditing and information security experience. 

Jeff possesses a deep specialization in Information Technology/Security auditing offering services such as SOC1, SOC2, SOC2+, SOC3, WebTrust for Certification Authorities, Cybersecurity, BlockChain, SOX Compliance, Ethical Hacking, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, and other Risk Advisory services. Jeffrey has significant experience with multiple frameworks including ISO, COSO, CoBit, NIST, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, Red Flag, and Privacy. 

In addition to being a CPA, Jeff also holds the following: Chartered Global Management Accountant, Certified Information Technology Professional, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and Certified Ethical hacker. 

Jeff is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been involved with standards writing for over 15 years. Jeff serves as the Vice Chairman of the WebTrust / PKI Assurance Task Force and serves on the ASEC Cybersecurity Working Group. He previously served in various capacities such as the Trust Services Task Force, IT Executive Committee, Top Techs Committee, and the Board of Examinations. Jeff is also an active member of the Missouri Society of CPAs, serving as Treasurer and member of their Strategic Planning Committee. 

Jeff is currently working on developing WebTrust for Registration Authorities audit guidance, as well as the development of the practitioner's guidance on the performance of Cybersecurity engagements.
