  • Justin is a Partner in International Tax Services with 15 years of experience serving publicly registered and privately held corporations in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing, consumer products and life sciences. 
  • Justin serves as a Tax Account Leader and has broad experience advising clients on matters in federal, state, international, payroll, human capital and employment tax issues, with an emphasis on tax planning, ASC 740 and transaction integration.
  • In addition to Justin’s role as a Tax Account Leader, Justin currently serves as the US Tax Reform Leader for EY’s Americas Tax Practice. In this role Justin is responsible for monitoring key legislation, executing legislative thought leadership and external activities as well as developing service offerings to meet Client needs on potential legislation.
  • Justin frequently meets with Clients and presents to various groups on the current legislative environment, US tax reform scenarios and other legislative related topics.
  • In previous roles with the Firm, Justin has led the development and national roll-out of a technology enabled service offering around the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in addition to leading the Firm’s efforts in developing and launching EY’s service offering on the final Section 385 regulations.

Education

  • Justin received a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. He is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Ohio.
