From Risk International’s Charlotte (NC) office, Kirk directs the company’s Risk Management Practice Group. Having joined the company in 1995, Kirk has developed deep expertise in several pertinent areas, including risk finance, enterprise risk management, contractual risk transfer, M&A risk due diligence, and business process standardization. In addition, Kirk serves on the Board of Directors of the Company’s parent, Risk International Holdings.
