William M. Freedman J.D.

Bill’s employee benefits practice serves a diverse client base with respect to the design, preparation and implementation of pension and welfare benefit plans and their ERISA-related issues. Bill’s health care practice involves the business aspects of health care law, including the structure, design and operation of hospital and health care provider relationships, representation of physician practices, and representation of the numerous types of health care delivery organizations in which health care providers become investors and members. Bill earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is actively involved in myriad community and professional organizations, and teaches “Legal Aspects of Health Care” as an adjunct professor at the graduate programs in health services administration at Xavier University, Cincinnati, OH, and the University of Cincinnati.
