Jeff Feinberg
Senior Vice President - Head of Structured Finance New York, City National Bank
Jeff is a senior vice president and manager of the Structured Finance group for City National Bank in New York.
He is responsible for covering all sectors of private equity firms and corporations to deliver the capabilities of City National Bank, which include credit, treasury and cash management products, foreign exchange, and private wealth management.
Jeff has 20 years of corporate and investment banking experience and has led, or helped lead, transactions in capital markets valued altogether at more than $21 billion.
Prior to joining City National, Jeff worked at GE Capital, where he was responsible for originating and executing senior debt transactions in the communications sector. He has also held positions at CIBC World Markets, TD Securities, and Dean Witter Reynolds.
Jeff received a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University.
