Jennifer is a partner in EY’s National Professional Practice where she is responsible for developing firm guidance and assisting audit teams and their clients on business combinations, goodwill, share-based payments and segments. Jennifer also completed a two year fellowship at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) where she led projects on goodwill, the definition of a business, the accounting for the derecognition of non-financial assets and inventory. While at the FASB, Jennifer also served as the coordinator of the Emerging Issues Task Force (EITF).

Jennifer is in the process of transitioning back to EY’s Assurance practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Jennifer previously spent thirteen years in EY’s Assurance practice in Nashville, Tennessee. Jennifer’s assurance experience includes involvement in numerous SEC filings, including initial public offerings, private placement and public offerings of debt, other equity transactions and annual and quarterly financial reporting. Through her involvement in several high-growth and private equity backed companies, Jennifer was integrally involved in consulting on technical issues related to accounting for business combinations, income taxes, stock compensation and debt transactions.

Jennifer has B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee. Jennifer is a member of the AICPA and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Tennessee, New York and Massachusetts.
