Jordan Wahba

Jordan Wahba currently serves as a Solution Lead within the Intelligent Process Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). He is responsible for enabling business partners to define their digital workforce strategy, aid in the identification and refinement of process automation opportunities, and shepherd the prioritized opportunities into the Process Automation implementation factory.

Prior to joining Prudential, Jordan served in several roles at AIG that drove large scale transformations of process and operating models. Most recently, he was the Solution Architect for Claims Automation, tasked with automating high volume/low complexity claims processes across the globe. He also previously served as the Solutions Portfolio Manager for AIG Americas projects.

Jordan earned his B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from Gettysburg College.
