Dimitri N Sayegh Dimitri's commitment to innovation and service has earned him an unparalleled reputation as leader in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions. He spent his 35 year career with Ernst &Young where he was a Partner from 1998 until he retired in 2015. He was the Americas Leader of Transaction Advisory Services for the Engineering & Construction sector. He served successively in the Orange County, California, Los Angeles and New York markets between 1985 and 2015. Following his retirement from EY, Dimitri joined his former client China Construction America as M&A Leader and Chief Financial Officer of Construction Operations, as well as Board Member and Interim CFO of CCA Civil. Effective November 2016, he established Perigeee Advisors, LLC with the aim of advising growing businesses in the areas of mergers,acquisitions and divestitures. As Transaction Advisory Services Partner, Dimitri served a variety of sectors and industries. His client portfolio included private equity groups as well as privately held and public entities. Dimitri led global Transaction teams that provided guidance and counsel throughout the Transaction life cycle from target identification and evaluation to operational integration, including due diligence. He led aide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalization, and raising private/public funds in excess of $10 billion in value. Dimitri is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Dimitri and his family reside in a small town in Connecticut where he enjoys outdoor activities with his children.
