Mr. Rose joined Invesco Real Estate in 2017 and is primarily responsible for growing and managing the commercial real estate credit lines of business. In his role as Senior Director, Mr. Rose is primarily focused on the strategic and transactional side of structured credit investments related to commercial and multifamily real estate with an immediate focus on the U.S. Mr. Rose plays a leading role in initiatives related to sourcing and structuring new debt originations, managing external relationships, monitoring existing investments, and investor relations among others. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Rose served as Managing Director for Canyon Partners Real Estate (Canyon), where he was responsible for leading the execution of Canyon’s real estate direct investing strategy in the Western United States. Prior to Canyon, Mr. Rose worked for Pacific Urban Residential in capital markets and multifamily acquisitions functions. Mr. Rose started his career with Rosen Consulting Group, where he was Vice President, responsible for national real estate market research, covering the office, retail, industrial, and residential sectors. Mr. Rose holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A with Honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
