Justin Frenzel CPA

Justin is currently Senior Vice President of Accounting at NexCore Group, a healthcare real estate investment, development, acquisition, and management company that provides numerous real estate products, services, and healthcare solutions to define and meet the needs of hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians and other tenants, operating partners, and residents and communities across the United States. Prior to NexCore, following a move from NJ/NY to Denver CO, Justin was the Vice President of Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer at Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO), a Denver based publicly traded real estate investment trust. Justin also consulted from a real estate accounting, advisory and audit perspective. Clients served in this capacity included a public non-traded REIT and several real estate private equity companies. Prior to moving to Colorado, Justin was a director in the New York real estate assurance practice of PwC. His clients included public REITs and private real estate investment advisors and funds. Justin completed a three-year tour in PwC's National Professional Services - Accounting Services Group, specializing in the new leases standard and complex accounting issues and transactions related to the real estate industry. Justin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Financial from the University of Delaware, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Justin was also actively involved in local real estate organizations, instructing and facilitating training seminars and professional development programs, recruiting efforts and community service programs.
