Mark Wise is an Audit Partner at Deloitte & Touche, LLP with more than 20 years experience focused in the oil & gas industry. He is deeply experienced with public company market transactions such as IPOs, secondary debt and equity offerings, TRA-creating exchanges, carve-out audits, and integrating acquisitions into the audit. Mark's experience includes coordinating audit teams ranging from small local teams to large multi-location engagements. Mark is also Denver's Lead Recruiting Partner for the audit function.
