Bryan Rimmke is an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Tax Policy where he specializes in Subchapter K issues. Prior to this role, Mr. Rimmke was a Senior Manager in EY’s National Tax Department and an Attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (Pass-throughs and Special Industries Division). Additionally, Mr. Rimmke is an Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Rimmke has a B.A. from Hope College, a J.D. from the Michigan State University College of Law, and an LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
