Kevin Gaunt JD

Kevin represents clients in white collar defense, government investigations, and complex civil litigation. He represents clients in matters involving allegations of financial crime; money laundering; FCPA and anti-bribery and corruption issues; and OFAC violations. He conducts internal investigations, advises on a range of compliance issues, and provides defense representation for multinational and domestic corporations. He is also well-versed in electronic discovery and the collection and production of electronically-stored information. Kevin has represented clients in a range of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, student lending, and consumer electronics.
