Elizabeth Dean has extensive experience in complex commercial matters, including breach of contract, intellectual property, fraud, bankruptcy-related litigation, and valuation disputes. She has prepared and critiqued hundreds of claims related to lost profits, unjust enrichment, reasonable royalty, price erosion, increased costs, and diminution of value. Ms. Dean has directed matters in various industries, including semiconductors, internet/e-commerce, computer technology and services, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, telecommunications, and consumer goods. Ms. Dean has testified as an expert in accounting and damages-related issues in intellectual property and other commercial disputes in federal and state courts and arbitrations. She has presented on these topics to universities, companies, outside counsel, and industry groups such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Women Lawyers, Standford Law School, and the Silicon Valley Intellectual Property Law Association.
