Mr. Garcia has practiced under the name of Paul A. Garcia, P.A. since 1985. The Firm provides financial, tax, consulting, and forensic/litigation support services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.
Mr. Garcia has over 35 years experience in U.S. taxation of individuals, small businesses, trusts, and estates as well as taxation of non-resident aliens and foreign corporations. He is frequently consulted as a forensic expert witness in divorce and other civil litigation matters; collaborative divorce proceedings; valuations of closely held businesses; forensic accounting issues; as well as US personal, corporate, trust and estate tax matters. Mr. Garcia has given written, deposition and court testimony on many occasions since 1994. Mr. Garcia has been both qualified and appointed expert on numerous occasions in Civil Court in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties, Florida. Mr. Garcia is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.
