Thomas Shroyer

Thomas Shroyer is an attorney in private practice with the Minneapolis law firm of Moss & Barnett. He has distinguished himself as a successful trial lawyer of complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on defending professional liability claims, business torts, securities litigation, and shareholder rights disputes.
